RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every customer has the right to return or exchange a purchased product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Swiss consumer protection regulations.

RETURN CONDITIONS

📦 The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the label intact, unused, and undamaged in any way.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

💰 Customers are entitled to a refund of the item’s value in the same condition as purchased.
If the customer discovers a visible manufacturing defect, they may return the item for a replacement or full refund.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Suizz Pharma Sàrl.

RETURN POLICY

🚚 Return shipping costs are covered by Suizz Pharma Sàrl (suizz.eu) only in the following cases:
✔ The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
✔ The wrong product was sent.
✔ One or more items are missing from the order, despite full payment. In such cases, Suizz Pharma Sàrl will resend the missing items at its expense.

🎁 If the purchased product included a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned together with the main item.

📦 If multiple identical products were purchased and the customer wishes to return several, only one item may be opened for inspection. The remaining items must have their original, unopened packaging; otherwise, they will not be accepted.

🔎 Returned items must be received in perfect commercial condition, identical to the state in which they were originally shipped.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe transport and proper packaging.

🚫 Do not return products with “cash on delivery” (COD) terms.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned items have been inspected and approved by our team.

💳 Refunds are issued exclusively via Stripe to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and verified.
