This document represents the General Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) of www.suizz.eu, which regulate the rules for using the website, including the purchase and sale of products and services offered through this e-commerce platform.

DEFINITIONS
3.1. Seller – ВИ БИ НЮТРИШЪН ЕООД (“VB NUTRITION” Ltd).
3.2. www.suizz.eu – The online platform operated by ВИ БИ НЮТРИШЪН ЕООД (“VB NUTRITION” Ltd), providing users the ability to browse and purchase goods and services under the conditions set forth herein.
3.3. Site – The domain www.suizz.eu and all its subdomains.
3.4. Customer – Any natural or legal person using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to browsing, placing orders, purchasing, or returning goods.

PAYMENT
5.1. Payments on www.suizz.eu are processed securely through Stripe.
5.2. By submitting an order, the Customer agrees to Stripe’s payment processing terms and authorizes ВИ БИ НЮТРИШЪН ЕООД (“VB NUTRITION” Ltd) to collect payment for the ordered goods.
5.3. All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
6.1. Orders are fulfilled through LSM Fulfillment (lsm-fulfillment.de).
6.2. Shipping times and costs depend on the destination country and selected shipping method.
6.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs authorities.
6.4. Risk of loss and ownership of goods pass to the Customer upon delivery.
ORDER PLACEMENT
9.1. Customers may place orders by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process on the Site.
9.2. Product availability is confirmed only upon order submission and payment confirmation.
9.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

9.4. In such cases, the Customer will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded within 14 days.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
10.1. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
10.2. Refunds are processed through Stripe within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
10.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the return is due to an error by ВИ БИ НЮТРИШЪН ЕООД (“VB NUTRITION” Ltd).
FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. By using www.suizz.eu, you acknowledge and accept these Terms as legally binding.
11.2. All intellectual property rights over the Site’s content, trademarks, and branding belong exclusively to ВИ БИ НЮТРИШЪН ЕООД (“VB NUTRITION” Ltd).
11.3. The Seller is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control that may affect order fulfillment.
11.4. These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
